I’m thrilled to pick up the role of Specialist Advisor for Assistive Technology and Inclusion at Tower Hamlets this Easter, following in the footsteps of Hilary and John.

I’ve come from CENMAC, a London assistive technology advisory service. Prior to that I worked for 13 years at Riverside SEN School in Haringey where I had a variety of roles; including ICT coordinator, Team Leader and Head of Centre. I’m fascinated by the role that technology, when applied creatively and with the right support, can have in enhancing student progress and engagement.

I’m hugely excited to be working alongside such an experienced team at the Learning Advisory Team, and hope I can fill the sizable boots that John and Hilary left behind.
